Love the np and the ma that I have gotten my last 2 visits but front office Alex needs a thorough attitude adjustments when talking to patients! I usually don’t say anything when I’ve had rude encounters with her but today I’m assuming was a very off day and I didn’t appreciate her tone or rudeness when checking in.
Kind caring and gentle
I had my first visit with Dr. Taylor this week after experiencing headaches. My visit could not have been better, from the office staff to nursing staff, and of course Dr. Taylor himself. I was checked in at the front immediately and waited less than 5 mins to get back to a room.
