Dr. Luma is not helpful, all she does is give medication. Ken is annoying and not a good case manager. The place sucks. I hate going there. Not helpful at all.
Only been there once. Too early to tell feelings about the place. 9/25/24 Absolutely, HORRIBLE SERVICE ! My son is SMI, no help from Case Manager, Housing Specialist NEVER AT WORK ! He needs assistance finding a place to live, they could care less ! Where he is at is not suitable for him. I have called several times on behalf of my son..never return calls. Shame on them for allowing people to go untreated or helped, because they are so damn lazy and non-caring. News Media !
I don’t like how you change my appointment on me, you have a bad history with fraud like that.
