The wait time and lack of communication is horrible. Trying to call their number is useless, you'll just be waiting forever for them to either not answer, or answer and tell you to talk to your case manager. You are always waiting because theres too many people trying to call. My case manager never responds and never checks in on me. I could be wrong, but i thought it was a part of their job to check in every once in a while! When they do respond, its a month later when you're not in need of help anymore! Dr. Luma is not helpful, all she does is give medication. Ken is annoying and not a good case manager. The place sucks. I hate going there. Not helpful at all.
Only been there once. Too early to tell feelings about the place. 9/25/24 Absolutely, HORRIBLE SERVICE ! My son is SMI, no help from Case Manager, Housing Specialist NEVER AT WORK ! He needs assistance finding a place to live, they could care less ! Where he is at is not suitable for him. I have called several times on behalf of my son..never return calls. Shame on them for allowing people to go untreated or helped, because they are so damn lazy and non-caring. News Media !
I don’t like how you change my appointment on me, you have a bad history with fraud like that.
