I've been in this clinic since 2023 I've been SMI since 8 years old the thing with this clinic is that they never answer your questions or call you back and they don't got resources at all and the only time they call is to get access to your other medical records but I don't give access to any doctor that I see of my other records I keep them separate because I use different clinics for different things this clinic I only use it for housing help with bills and help with moving
The wait time and lack of communication is horrible. Trying to call their number is useless, you'll just be waiting forever for them to either not answer, or answer and tell you to talk to your case manager. You are always waiting because theres too many people trying to call. My case manager never responds and never checks in on me. I could be wrong, but i thought it was a part of their job to check in every once in a while! When they do respond, its a month later when you're not in need of help anymore!
