I use them for my car payment. I cannot STRESS enough to NOT go through them! High interest rates, disrespectful customer service, stupid fees for every single thing. Every time I pay my car loan, I have to pay a $5 fee. “But you wouldn’t have to do that if you banked with us!” Yeah why would I bank with a bank in a different state that I don’t have access to here? I only use this branch of South West because it is close to my shop. The majority of the employees here are very shrewd and condescending. They don’t seem to care about helping customers get solutions to their problems. I went in and asked for some new checks and the lady just told me that they don’t do that here. I was perplexed and asked if she was sure they couldn’t get me some checks. And she said “we don’t do that” and that was the end of the conversation.
