I only use this branch of South West because it is close to my shop. The majority of the employees here are very shrewd and condescending. They don’t seem to care about helping customers get solutions to their problems. I went in and asked for some new checks and the lady just told me that they don’t do that here. I was perplexed and asked if she was sure they couldn’t get me some checks. And she said “we don’t do that” and that was the end of the conversation. Rude service and made me come inside to do something that I regularly do through a drive through. Then proceeds to talk about me behind my back to my other company workers.
