I use them for my car payment. I cannot STRESS enough to NOT go through them! High interest rates, disrespectful customer service, stupid fees for every single thing. Every time I pay my car loan, I have to pay a $5 fee. “But you wouldn’t have to do that if you banked with us!” Yeah why would I bank with a bank in a different state that I don’t have access to here? Me and my wife got a loan from this bank and the loan officer Jim Schoen used are information to get my wife number and started calling her and was trying to get her to leave me for him and Caused a lot of problems with use and I have heard it is not the first time he has done it his boss knows he has done it and his secretaries send him Google eyes to him on his computer when a good looking girl go in his office He will cross boundaries and does not care so I would think Twice about going though this bank to o get a loan
