I'm glad I chose this bank when I did. Good location only thing is I can never deposit from the ATM. Other than that Fast and super friendly.
Instead of reaching out to me to set up a payment schedule on an outstanding balance, they decided to serve me papers and set up a court date instead, highly unprofessional
I use them for my car payment. I cannot STRESS enough to NOT go through them! High interest rates, disrespectful customer service, stupid fees for every single thing. Every time I pay my car loan, I have to pay a $5 fee. “But you wouldn’t have to do that if you banked with us!” Yeah why would I bank with a bank in a different state that I don’t have access to here?
