My parents have been using this bank for 40 years for a business and never had a problem. This stupid bank stopped thier business cards do to suspicious activity. We couldn't get any information until my dad went in physically who can't even walk at 84 years old and my mom who has dementia to get it taken care of. We had a vehicle loan there. Wife and I call this the Least Friendly Bank in America. Never a smile, never a "hello", never prompt service. This location doesn't like when you try to pay off your loan - they send you up north to Twin Lakes because they don't know how or don't want to do the "work" involved with closing out a loan. They were so rude to my mother! They would not issue a new debt card on because they thought she would scam them out of money. She had been banking with them for years….I can not believe how rude and discriminatory they were towards her. It was over charges that she has not made. She and I checked over the charges and realized that it was fraudulent.
