Do not trust this company to do a habitat check before selling you a vehicle or admit to damage that cannot easily be seen.We trusted this company completely, big mistake. When having the next habitat check we found out there was cracks in the roof of the Motorhome which could not be seen from below. Friendly staff but let down by poor comms. Recently sold a campervan we had bought from them a few years back. Had to keep checking in for updates and once sold, the remaining balance was just sent to our account with no notification, break down of the sale etc. We'd agreed on a sales fee but they should at least send across a breakdown of the costs we spent on repairs, sales fee, etc

Just took delivery of a DethLeffs 600DS. The whole process from viewing to delivery was straightforward, the staff very helpful and nice to deal with - nothing too much trouble. The handover was very comprehensive and thorough. Thank you very much everyone at Southwest Motorhomes.

They have always looked after my motorhome very well and are very friendly, helpful and approachable. Nothing is too much trouble..
