I bought a new car and needed my wife's wheelchair lift (which we purchased from THEM) wired into the new car. They did the installation as they said that they would and when I went to pick it up I asked to see it in operation. They put it through it's motions but I noticed one wire that used to be connected that was left hanging. They said that it was the license plate light. I inquired as to why it was not connected. Beware! The owner does not honor employee promises. We were unable to use the rental scooter delivered. When I called to remedy the problem, agent advise there was no other scooter available for rent and that he would refund the cost of rental. Long story short, owner refused to honor this promise.
