Levi was great! Quick to reply, quick to diagnose, quick to repair. Didn't want to spend the money, but water heater is now working great. Greatly appreciate the great service. Number is saved and will be my only RV contact going forward.

Levy came to my rv site at Lackland AFB the next day after I called him. I had 6 repairs that needed to be done and he knocked them out in 4 hours. You can tell he has been doing this a long time due to him knowing his business. I would recommend him and use him again.

I called SW Mobile RV and spoke to Levi, in regard to a shower leak inside the RV within minutes he diagnosed and found the leak. Two days later he came out and fixed the shower leak. Levi also repaired the belly of the RV. Kudos to Levi and his company. I recommend his company to everybody. He is very professional and explains the issue and how he will fix it.

Called, texted and emailed. Emailed back with simple but with no who's what. Texted all the requirements but never got back. On phone call, said to text and will schedule something. That was over a week ago and guess won't be using since can't get anything done.

Levy and SW Mobile are extremely shady. Avoid doing business at all costs. Leaf springs on my RV broke. Got stuck paying Levy a diagnostic fee with no intent to repair the RV. After I paid $185 to tell me what I already knew because my travel trailer was sitting on top of the tires and I could clearly see the broken leaf springs, Levy says, “I don’t do warranty repairs. If you want to get the parts through me, then I’ll do the repairs.” I got the parts myself and since my trailer is now over 200 miles away from me, I reached... read more
