250 dollars for a dermatologist to usher me out not even 3 minutes after getting in her office. Made me feel like I was another obstacle in her way, just wanted to leave because the vibes were NOT IT. Front staff were nice and friendly. I do not have insurance, and they told me 200 dollars upfront. Okay… I didn’t get any tests done so I shouldn’t have to pay anymore right? Wrong, I had to pay another 50 DOLLARS. How does this place have 4.7 stars?? I don't like to post negative reviews, and feel this one is warranted so as to alert others not to waste your money. First, this clinic is way more interested in revenue than the clients health. If you are self-pay (no insurance), they make you pay $200 UP FRONT, and will send TWO people from their billing office to explain this to you....it felt like a shake down. Went in for a skin/mole check. Everything went well. PA wanted to have me checked on a yearly basis due to family history. Made an appointment for 1 year ahead. Received an appt. card and put it in my calendar. Come back one year later, they can't find my appointment. Asked me if I brought my appointment card. I've never brought an appt. card to an actual appointment, since I would think they would be organized enough to know when they made an appointment for me.
