This hospital is a complete joke. The main director does not give two cents about the residence or if they have a complaint about her staff. The Stuff is rude as hell they will fight with you and tell you that you cannot have your medicine even though it’s been beyond it’s time. The thermostat is broken in room 1028. Trust me there is a few good people there but 90% of the staff has an attitude and acts like they don’t know their damn job. And don’t get me started up on the meals
