I don't owe anything and when you call number it isn't a person then disconnects. Total scam
I went ahead and paid the "estimate" of my service before my service was rendered. Southwest Medical Imaging charged my credit card. The insurance paid 100%. Three months later, and some phone calls, still no refund. When they try to get you to prepay for services, say no! Check your EOB from your health insurance first.
