Took my daughter in for a suspected UTI. The staff were great. They were very busy, we were there for several hours (wait time was about 45ish minutes) but it was also lunchtime. Dr. Randel was very thorough and listened to all our concerns, symptoms and did an exam. She laid out possible diagnosis of 3 different things and next steps for them. Had this coughing NOT SICK and had to call back a few times to see my result on xray. No one call me, I did all the calling. Never really got a full answer. I was not impress.
I was seen very quickly and my care was excellent. All of the info from this appt went straight to my Dr. before I left. My referral for an ultrasound appointment came through before I even got home. I will never try another urgent care facility again. This one is by far the best!
POOR PATIENT CARE I have ever experienced! I have waited over a month to receive the correct referral order. First referral went to a facility that does not except my insurance, 2nd referral for some reason was sent to grand junction, and my 3rd referral I was given a number to a fire departments number (could not provide a facility name) Every time I call there is NO pick up or a reponse to my voicemail.
