I have always had fantastic appointments. Everyone is so full of smiles and ready to help.
When I call for an appointment, I get scheduled in right away. My PA is absolutely fantastic. I’ve been treated quite well. I hope they will always be there.
I really like my doctor Shawn Palmer but I really dislike how long it takes to get in to see him. This office is super overbooked and I question the ethical consequences of not having enough doctors to handle the amount of patients they are given. This is an epidemic for this entire area. Not to mention the pay provided to the employees here is not designed to sustain the professionals we need. SWHS pay your staff a better wage, and hire more doctors.
This rating is for all the nurses and other supportive staff at these clinics. As a pharmacist who has worked in this town for almost a decade I know they are the ones keeping healthcare running in this town. It's amazing what they are able to do with all the challenges of rural healthcare and the revolving door of doctors that come and go. Thanks for all of your hard work! I don't know what we would do without you.
If I could leave a 0 I would! I’m not happy at all with Dr. Mullen! It’s ridiculous when you call there to get a referral and they tell you to look and see who you want to see and you do and tell them the name and address and then call them back and ask if they called yet and they said no we are waiting for you guys and I guess Dr. Mullen would rather go on vacation then finish her job!
