I went in for a checkup as this office was in network for my insurance but they coded the appointment as a new patient checkup and now have to pay over $88 out of pocket without communicating any of this to me until I received the bill a month later.
A simple visit to verify immunizations for our child ended up being billed at $120. No actual services were rendered other than the doctor/nurse looking at the shot records and saying it was good for Ohio public schools. I get the feeling these are the kind of people to push for expensive, unnecessary tests "just in case".
My friend dislocated his finger while playing basketball. When we got back to the waiting room and the physician came in he roasted my friend every time he came by and it was hilarious. Great staff!
