I took my outboard motor to have it winterized. The customer service was "top notch", beyond what I expected in today's world. Dan was very friendly and took the time to explain a number of important things that I would not have known otherwise. The service was prompt and reasonable. I would definitely recommend Soutwest Marine to my friends and family.
