Had a great experience dealing with Andy at southwest, I was looking for a generator and happened to add a dirtbike to the deal. Got it all ready in good time with a good trade value. And of course the chocolates! Thanks to the staff that put this all together for me.
Had issues with a new boat i bought 2 years ago nothing but problems its been back for warranty and no concern on there part dont deal with smokercraft or southwest once they get your money your just a number they try to smooth it over by phone but I realized it was short lived
Sean and Jason were great to deal with. The customer service from everyone working here was top shelf…very impressed. I will be returning.
Been here a few times, recently purchased 3rd item from here and it was a new Yamaha outboard motor. Service was amazing by Andy and thanks to the techs for bolting the motor on for me so I could get it home safely and finish installing! Wonderful feeling leaving here each time!
The best place to get any of your PowerSports and Marine toys!
