They hold on to people’s checks and don’t wanna give u ur money even if they see it pending on ur account they should give u your money once it shows up on ur account as pending but ok im starting to hate southwest credit union they dont care
My daughter graduated fifth grade and my bank is an out of town bank so I got cash out of the atm and went inside to give them cash bills just to ask for ones to make a her a dollar flower bouquet and they told me no. I said I understand I’m not a member but this is a bank institution/ credit union with money vaults and tons of ones, if I give you cash I can’t just get ones just for a little girl’s money bouquet and they told me you have to member and crazy thing I just moved here and I wouldn’t have even had a problem getti... read more
Horrible customer service over the phone. Very condescending attitude even though she couldn’t help me with a simple card replacement. Worst bank I’ve dealt with honestly. Will be closing my account due to this. Would not recommend dealing with these people.
