On our recent trip to Chicagoland we used Southwest Limo to head downtown from the Tinley Park area. We were incredibly pleased with the customer service and appreciated the confirmation call the day before as we made our reservations weeks in advance. The driver was attentive, early and the limo was very clean. Definitely will recommend to friends visiting Chicago area.
When southwest is supposed to pick you up and they are not there and they say it was cancelled even though you didn't cancel and they they tell you to take a taxi. Then the gentleman, term used lightly, starts yelling at the customer, which was me, on the phone. Good luck if you decided to use this poor customer service limo company.
Southwest Limo is great! I use them for airport transportation all the time. Very prompt, courteous, and clean limos. I'd recommend them to anyone I know.
