I sent the documents a week and half before I needed them served. They didn't even start to try to serve them until a week later. I then receive an email that the fee will be double because oops they missed a form but got told I'm lucky that they caught it. They didn't catch it before they served it though because then they couldn't charge me again. It feels like a big scam. Poor communication throughout. Lack of attention to detail. My law firm has used Tim and Southwest Legal Services for years. They are incredible. Super communicative and professional. Get the job done when you need it done, even when it's a last minute or highly urgent request. Better yet, they often get the job done in one attempt. I have used larger companies, like One Legal, and feel as though they go through the motions at times in trying to complete a serve. Tim and his team just get it done, and fast. Highly, highly recommend.
