SWLC has been taking care of our HOA (Robson Street Villas in Mesa) since 2012. They are wonderful! Our community is not an easy one to maintain because we have a lot of bushes, grass, trellises, flowers, fruit trees and other trees. SWLC sends 4 guys weekly, who work with the BEST attitude. They have played a big part in the beautification of our neighborhood and are credited in part for how very quickly our condos sell! Matthew is the most dishonest owner of a Lawn Care Company you could find. We used them at our association for a few years and they consistently overcharged and did poor work. Everyone wanted to fire them but I gave them a chance. He said he would discount his price but instead overcharged us by several thousand dollars. He charged us for things such as weed control, dumping, sprinkler checks which are in our contract. We will be seeking legal recourse. Stay away from this awful company.
