The door open at 7:30am. The window open at 7:45am and they don’t start calling people till about 8:15am because they have to put each patient on the list in the computer, verify insurance, and put the orders in. This process is done by the phlebotomist(person who takes your blood) and they put everyone on the list in the computer at the same time which makes the wait longer. I asked simple questions about if the door opens at 7:30am then why no patient have been called till 8:15am and I got no his response with an attitude!... read more
