I can't get information or help from them. I have called 7 times in an attempt to get information from my doctor. I am always told the information in in my "patient portal". I have told them each time I can't get logged in to my patient portal. I just keep getting looped around to the log in page. It is not wrong log in information. I have also left phone messages several times for my "patient assistant". None have been answered.
