The sales manager Angel Ortiz, his sales team (Mohammad Riaz) and his finance team led by Jesus are a total waste of time. There is no compassion, no business model, no service model in place. I bought a '23 ram 2500 from them in September. I traveled from out of state to get this and it was missing a passenger side mirror. They told me that they had it already and it would be installed when I came to pick up the vehicle. I got there and no mirror. Then I was told it was due in a week, and they would get it to me. Buying a car from Kia Gladstone was like signing up for a very expensive prank show--except the only person getting pranked was me, and the punchline keeps getting worse. Bought a used 2021 Kia Sorento with less than 9,000 miles from Matt Blatt KIA and it has been a nightmare ever since! When purchasing it I noticed the trim color was off and it took months to have this fixed. Also noticed the radio wasn't working only to be told there was nothing they could do. If I could give 0 stars I would! I have had several issues with Auffenberg as a whole, but this last one is the straw that breaks the camels back. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN! Brought my Kia in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there for 2hours and 15 minutes, i was not given any update of progress as I was in waiting room. If i didn't have the maintenance plan i payed for, which includes these services, i would be going somewhere else for those services not Bergstrom.
