Both technicians arrived exactly at 10 am for the estimated arrival of between 10 and 2. Both men were friendly, professional and explained all optional work before doing the work. It took about 45 minutes for them to do a thorough system check and about an hour and a half to actually perform the work that was agreed. The cost per item and the total cost seemed reasonable. We are very pleased with our experience with this company.
