The only reason for a two star and not a one star is Rebekah James. She is wonderful but the office staff is horrible. No return phone calls ever despite the recording saying someone will return your call in 24 hours. That is laughable. My mom’s in home nurse has called twice this week and no return gone call. My mom called today for them to call in thyroid meds because she is out. The MA lied to her. Said she would call them in an they would be ready by 1p knowing the office closes at 12p on Friday. Rebekah has been my doctor for more than 10 years. She is amazing! She truly cares about the patients and tries to help and understand. She is the best! ❤️

I have NEVER had the difficulties of getting prescriptions refilled like I do with these physician assistants!! I have to call them several times a month and actually see them in order to get a refill of some of the things that I’ve never a problem getting from any other doctor on the planet. I’m not talking about a controlled medication or something that is usually difficult to get, I’m talking about something common.
