I have NEVER had the difficulties of getting prescriptions refilled like I do with these physician assistants!! I have to call them several times a month and actually see them in order to get a refill of some of the things that I’ve never a problem getting from any other doctor on the planet. I’m not talking about a controlled medication or something that is usually difficult to get, I’m talking about something common. Thankfully, I never made it in. Due to the lack of professionalism, customer service and straight up attitude I decided to cancel my appointment. Never experienced this when calling a doctor’s office. Very sad.
Having moved to Florida 8 years ago, I have tried a few PCP's in Orlando and been very disappointed...until I met with Dr Hernandez and her team. She and her staff are top notch. They treat you with kindness and professionalism. They are attentive listeners and take time to understand you concerns and provide thoughtful, effective recommendations.
