While doing complete remodeling of our kitchen and bath, we had two different company representatives on our job. Both were terminated before conclusion of the job. We had quotes with "NOT TO EXCEED" pricing for tile and other materials. Both SW Interior representatives told us, on more than one occassion, that SW would buy the tile at wholesale and we would pay the retail price of the tile.
