Front desk staff member Sherry provides awesome service. Every time we visit, she is very helpful, and we truly appreciate her great support.
Tried making an appointment got told it was 3 days away, the day before the appointment we call to confirm the time. Then they say we never had an appointment, every time I’ve came to the hospital I get sent to Medicine Hat. I had a IV I needed taken out and they sent me to the hat. Why not just make it a uber service since that’s the most they do… is drive you to the hat.
Sorry but what have you been doing in that room for so long? My dad died because they took too long to give us service. This is literally a suicide hospital here.
If you have an emergency and go to the er, you might be turned away due to them being busy.
