I called this company on February 13 at 1:31 pm to set up an appointment for them to come to give me a quote on having some water pipe insulated. Did not here anything from them so I called again on back two days later on Friday the 15th at 8:19. on February 18 still haven't received a call so they could set up a time to look at the work so I called back at 2:27 and spoke with owner and he said he forgot to pass the info along but the buck stopped here is what he said.
