Parts Department Is a Joke — Deceptive, Condescending, and Dishonest Southwest Infiniti's parts department is hands-down the worst customer service experience I’ve had in years. I ordered a simple $85 part, completed every identity verification step they asked, and still got blindsided by a “signature required” delivery — a policy they never disclosed.
