Waited for over 3 months to get an appointment, one of the worst Drs I’ve been to. Took less than 3 minutes (I checked my watch when he walked in and out) told me I should get an ultrasound. And I would get a call to schedule. Got a text message later in the afternoon that I had to call the ultrasound technician to schedule the appointment. Felt very uncared for. Oh and I got a $300 bill before I left the office. An absolute scam

Dr Schwarz removed my parotid tumor and I could cry with happiness. NO ONE can see a scar unless they really assess the area and besides some MILD numbness post op, I have had no other issues. He was recommended over and over and now I know why. I later recommended him to my father for a nasal polyp removal and we were yet again pleased with the results. Warning: His bedside manner is a bit curt- but who cares as long as you're fantastic at your job- and he is!!!! Worth it worth it worth it. I personally found the front desk... read more

Absolute waste of my time. Was told I was getting a biopsy and blood work and ended up paying $35 for the doc to talk to me to 13 seconds.

Basically in the doctor's 15 mins. Looked in my ears and my mouth. Doctored ask if I was a smoker and told him yes. He looked at me and told me I have to quit smoking before he would run any test or do anything.. I have been dealing with dry for 2 years. 54 years old walking out of there office crying. Went into another ent office crying 10 mins later still cry. These people were so caring gave me a business card and told me there doctor would see me and try to figure out what is going on.
