RecommendedI spent months getting health care due to greater population and COVID. Finally referred to Dr. Schwarz who was able to see me and after numerous isotope studies I had a thyroidectomy and three parathyroid removed I have a new renewed life back to normal. Dr. Schwarz treated me with respect and as if I were his only concern also thanks to Karlene {his nurse} who always kept me update on latest labs after my three days in the hospital. Consult and PreOp: everyone was so informative and friendly in both Meridian and Boise offices. I was a bit of a bear with reception in Meridian because I dislike filling in redundant forms, so I appreciate her tolerance. Doctor Rock was fantastic as were the anesthesiologists. PostOp: Reception and nurses were so darn sweet to me, so sweet that I felt like I hadn't earned it for such a small procedure. Dr. Garner was great at explaining the disease process and the treatment options. He didn't rush through the appointment and made sure I understood everything before the appointment ended.
