I have never had any bad experiences here. Only thing bad I’d say is them being a little too determined to run my credit to get my out of my approved navy federal loan aside from that I got a good deal on my car. Services have always been helpful never had any issues from services from the times I went. Shout out to Brandon for explaining everything to me even though I canceled our appointment. I took my vehicle in to be looked at, and there was a miscommunication about services to be performed. I ended up with some charges that I had not expected. These things happen, but the response from management is what matters. They immediately worked with me and offered to make things right. Ended up with an agreement that I thought was very fair. I felt the company was honest and wanted to do right by their customers. Overall, I am very impressed and will be happy to return.
