He's name is Sam and he is a scam artist. He sends you to his special background check guy that charges $65 per person. After that he will have you put the utilities in your name, black hills and excel. After that he will be unreachable until he calls you back confused claiming he doesn't know who you are, he lost your number and rented the unit out to someone else. This man also owns the Continental mobile home park next door everything he has everything he owns is infested with bed bugs and cockroaches he cleans up the place he moves you in and then he charges you to spray he's a slumlord and the complete and total whack job stay away from his mobile homes and his trailer court he should be thrown out of town
