UPDATE: I took in my husbands payroll check to deposit it. Same company that has direct deposited for 2 months. They put a 3 day hold on his payroll check ( because it’s from out of state) but releases $225. She said she couldn’t do anything about it as it was policy and she was going to get her manager “since we had a problem before”. She also explained the day I deposited didn’t count for the 3 day hold. Snarky and rude. Not to mention they are racking up their fees again as we had payments scheduled. I have to cash my check at a different bank because this bank holds my money for a week before i am able to use MY OWN money. I work out of town so I dont have time to change banks or I definitely would I dont recommend this bank if you have bills to pay. Only for the rich I guess.
