As a member for over 5 years today was one of the worst banking experiences I have had EVER. Staff was unhelpful and went so far as to tell me I needed to drive back to my customer and have another check issued. They entered a number incorrectly twice and blamed my customer. Then despite having more than 2x the check amount in my account they withold half of it. And it is a customer I have gotten checks from the entire time I have been coming here.
