I had them come out for a inspection and cleaning. They sent two guys. They came up 20 minutes later and said they had to Red flag my Furnace. They said the heat exchanger had a crack. A friend of mine in Minnesota who owns a HVAC business said do you trust them. He said oldest trick in the book. I called another contractor and he came out with two different analyzers. Furnace went out, called and they had a guy come out that day and did a diagnostic to see what was wrong. The hot surface ignitor burned out. He gave me the price...$471 for the part and to install it. I said no bought the ignitor on amazon for $13 and installed it in less than 5 min. What a rip off. I would have paid him $100 to install the part right away. I'm definitely not going to be asking them for a quote to install an AC unit this summer. Lost my business and future business over a $13 part.
