I cannot say enough positive things about John. First and foremost, he is honest! When I first met John a few years ago, it was after another company told me I needed to spend at least $3K. This was our second experience with Southwest Heating & Cooling and it was just as good as the first. We have a house in Cape Coral that we have spent a year massively upgrading and fixing to sell and are completing the process in late May and early June. We live in Wisconsin so it has not been as fast a process as it would be if we lived in the area.
