Great work!!! We came up to our cabin last night.. furnace not working. Freaking cold night!!! Contacted Southwest Heating early today, a Saturday morning, and he came out within the hour to save the day! Dave quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it! House heating up nicely :). Thank you, Dave!!!
Dave was great! He spent time with me on the phone, gave me ideas to try on my heater to get it working, and it did start working! He never even came to my house – no charge! That’s good old-fashioned, excellent customer service.
Dave is the best! He knows heating! He was able to come out fast when we didn't have heat in this huge snowstorm. He saved the day! Thank you, Dave and Southwest Heating!
Dave is responsive and extremely competent. His rates are reasonable. We have an old HVAC system. He cam out the day I called him and was able to diagnose the cause of our fan failure as a failing controller board. He ordered the right fan controller board online and came back the next week and fixed our system. We are very happy with both quality and value.
