Unprofessional communication, on the regular. For a procedure schedule on Oct. 20, I received written instructions. I received two incomplete voicemails indicating concern about procedure. I left a voicemail msg with a question about medication prior to procedure, with NO response. After twice trying to connect with the person who left incomplete msg, I finally spoke with her today.
