Went there with stroke symptoms and and they discharged me and said " hope you feel better". Come to find out i had 2 strokes! My Dr. Got access to my CT scan from the ER 8 months later showing the strokes. Planing on litigation.
Staff here made dealing with a broken nose in the middle of the night pretty pleasant all things considered.
Worst ER visit to date, and this is coming from someone who is chronically ill with several medical conditions that have required ER visits more than the average person. The first words out of the doctor’s mouth were “are these tears of joy because you’re so happy to see me?” Be so freaking for real. The worst experience ever. Staff, facilities and attention in general. If you need attention and care, DO NOT GO THERE. If you have Kaiser or another provider, just go to Kaiser or another hospital. These people do not care and would leave you in pain and not check on you, plus send they will send you home without the right prescription as well.
Brought my son in for a Kidney stone. They got us in fast and took really good care of him. The staff was really nice and showed compassion towards my sons pain. Good stuff in a bad situation.
