Absolute joke of doctors. My husband took my ten year old here tonight because she’s been experiencing flank pain.. only one spot not entire back… we took her to urgent care earlier and they were concerned about kidney stones and suggested we go so they could do imagining. It was the BIGGEST waste of time. He mentioned to the dr that her throat was also hurting and she was exposed to possible hand foot mouth disease. Tell me why this dr swabbed her for strep?? This place will hold on to your very expensive ER visit bill for a couple years and then send it straight to collections without any attempt to bill your insurance company, nor will they make any attempt to contact you directly about outstanding payments owed. We had valid insurance that would have covered the visit, but Southwest Healthcare doesn't really care about that. Check-in and receptionist was the only good thing about this visit. Daughter came in with excruciating back pain that was radiating down her leg. We waited about 2 hrs before being called back to a room. Now the interaction and bed side manner with this PA-C deserves 0 stars. He was rude, demeaning, unprofessional and with no empathy. He asked her what she wanted him to do for her. From the start he told her this wasn’t an emergency. Inattentive, triage is ridiculous, watched my iINFANT scream and suffer in pain for hours and never helped. Dirty, unkept, and has gone downhill in the last year.
