Check-in and receptionist was the only good thing about this visit. Daughter came in with excruciating back pain that was radiating down her leg. We waited about 2 hrs before being called back to a room. Now the interaction and bed side manner with this PA-C deserves 0 stars. He was rude, demeaning, unprofessional and with no empathy. He asked her what she wanted him to do for her. From the start he told her this wasn’t an emergency. Do not recommend go there. 10 min care time and 3 hours waiting time. And will see how much they charge. I will post it later
Inattentive, triage is ridiculous, watched my iINFANT scream and suffer in pain for hours and never helped. Dirty, unkept, and has gone downhill in the last year.
If I can give them a 0 star I would, The lack of professionalism and empathy is horrible, the lack in knowledge when it comes to a pediatric care is horrible, how can you just determine by hearing a kids lungs that his not having a asthma flare when he has all the other symptoms and just say his fine I'll give motrin go outside and wait. The nurse guy and lady in the back 4/29 around 12 were horrible !!!!! Had to drive to Radys to finally get care for my child.
