Rosa was so helpful. I recently suffered a seizure a week ago and she was very patient with me cashing a check. 5 stars for her patience and effort!

This location sucks. They didn't even bother to approve my account, even though I have good standing in the chexsystem. I drove 50 minutes to this location, hoping to bank with the credit union and make it my main bank, but the manager denied my application for her own personals reasons. 0 stars
I have always received exceptional service and care at this Copperstate location! Many great employees there, Jeremy was one of the first to help us and always made us feel welcomed, even knowing me by my name when I came in. Harmony Scheirmann is new at this location and she is so personable and has great conversations when we come in. Very friendly and kind, she gets 5 stars from me!
