All very good experiences...caring doctors and staff. They have taken a lot of time with me each time I've been there. Five Stars!!
Employees R very nice, very thorough, easy to get along with, most accommodating and easy 2 talk to/with. But the interior itself feels very sterile, not inviting or comfortable at all. The chairs R anything but inviting or comfortable either. The interior color palette lacks any imagination or originality. Extremely boring and tends to B a snoozefest. It actually almost pulls U 2 sleep
Low star review to get your attention. I overall had a good experience involving a work-related accident however despite taking the work comp numbers, they processed my personal insurance and their billing me for $191. Every time I try to talk to him about the bill I get transferred to people in Pakistan and I'm not getting anywhere so I'm hoping maybe they will work with me if I make it public.
This clinic is a joke and the staff is unhelpful. During opened hours phone rings and rings for over half an hour no pick and leave a voicemail no call back. I’ve been taking my services to Dodgeville and Dubuque. Go here at your own risk and lower expectations. Southwest health as a whole from infusions center and the staff there, surgery dept, ob/gyn dept, clinic dept has been horrible service, lack of compassion, refuse to treat, screwing up surgery and won’t fix the situation, and no help.
