I called the office and had the unfortunate luck of speaking to a case worker named Cindy. I was looking for some clarification on the court order from my divorce and Cindy repeatedly cut me off saying “call a lawyer, I can’t offer legal advice”. I wasn’t asking for legal advice, and I tried to explain that.
