Over the past 5 years, Brad and his team have been sensational to me. From the initial handyman work of clearing tree stumps, building fences, unstrung a new clothes line and removing the old one and replacing a ceiling to the more advanced work of building my deck, reposting my porch, adding more fences and advising/ updating my bathroom. Thieves and scoundrels. EDIT: You were fully aware of a deposit having been made to your partner and as such you are equally liable for what he does while he is in business with you. If he steals that money, then effectively so have you, because the deposit was to SWH. You refused to take my calls, didn't respond to SMSes, and did absolutely nothing to help the situation by offering to do the work yourself (without your partner) and because of that I'd still give YOU one star.
