I took 5 hours for them to do my hair. And did not do what I wanted. I wanted to lighten up for spring and she decided to make it darker then refused to fix it

Danielle has been super with my manicures...she makes me so comfortable..I've had manicures elsewhere, never felt relaxed enough to enjoy them & was massaged to where it hurt...summer hits, it will be mani-pedi...
