I’ve read other positive reviews and chose to give this dentist a try. However, my experience here was not positive. The dentist did not take time to explain the procedure or alternatives and when I asked questions, I was abruptly told, “Don’t do it, I don’t care,” and he walked out. Very unprofessional and rude.
Dr Carr is excellent and honest dentist. Took time to explain my issue and how to address it. No dental work needed.
I had a previous review about the wait time. Today we waited and we were seen in a relative short period of time.. It was still a good wait…but now I see why. They go over EVERYTHING. And that is an amazing plus to me. I walked out feeling like I knew more than ever. And that’s how you should feel. Sam, was great. As was the young lady at the window, I hate I didn’t get her name, she was very informative and sweet. She also remembers a lot of the older people’s names, which I think is endearing. All in all.
