I was going through so much dealing with the passing of my son . I fell behind in bills and banking but was assured they would not drop me in my time of need . I have banked with Southwest Georgia Bank all my life. Customer service is the worst now that it’s the First Bank. You can never talk to a live person. Always have to leave voicemails. Which very rarely get a return call after leaving a voicemail. I don’t want to change banks. I just want customer service like it once was!
This has been our bank forever even had our son do his banking here, however since the drive thru has gotten new worker's, it's not so great! One in particular always always has a nasty attitude, and my husband waited in line to make a deposit for 30 minute's and when he got to the window to make his deposit she told him they were closed!!!!
