Update: I went to Southwest ER two times and told them I could not pee and was in pain. Unbelievable pain in my stomach and back. I ended up having to go to Cleveland Clinic ER, and found out I had a severe E. Coli infection. Now I can’t have surgery. Which is good because the universe kept me away from judgmental doctors who truly did not care about my wellbeing. I really hate doing this, but if you have any kind of pain or problems don’t come here. I have stage 4 endometriosis with two blood cyst measuring over 14 cm. I’m being crushed from the inside out. I can’t take any over the counter medication because of bleeding disorder. I’m in excruciating Pain! It hurts to eat, breath, drink hell even talk at times. Just wow. I had a awesome obgyn until she moves with this place. The reception is horrible person. I called to get meds. She kept telling me that my ob is leaving and cant help me. I need that meds to help me stay pregnant. Stay away.
Love my doctor but Sharon who does reception is extremely rude. Doesn’t even say hello or thank you for calling when she answers. just the office name and her name. Raises her voice and talks over you because SHE misheard what you said. Actively taking care of your health as a woman is already hard and having rude receptionist to start off the call makes it even worse!
Hi I just want to Thank Debi the surgery scheduler for Southwest . She was very helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty to help my daughter She is was great!
