Great Staff. Highly recommend Dr.Mehle.
This was only my 2nd time going to this location and and was treated by different doctors each time. I forget the first's name, but he retired. The second I believe was Dr Johnson, he's Wonderful! Very personable, respectful and easy to talk to. He not only addressed my reason for going but addressed another issue I'm having. He truly seemed concerned and wanted to help. The place is always clean and the other staff are also kind.
I called 2 weeks ago regarding an almost new set of Oticon hearing aids that I had inherited. They had helped me in the past with a similar situation and were great. I left a voicemail for the audiologist explaining the situation and that I would need a hearing test and have the aids set for my hearing. After no response for 2 da. Inys I called again and left another vm and still have had no response. I will have to seek out another Oticon dealer, which is a shame as the office is in my neighborhood.
