Zak, Joe and Tricia were great to work with. They got my back to a good place. There were many times I thought I would not get pain free but through their efforts, persistence and professionalism they fixed me up.

I highly recommend Southwest General Therapy Services in Strongsville. When I first went there, I had an injury and could barely put my arm behind my back. I worked with Joe and Renee, and they are amazing! Both are extremely knowledgeable. They are also very kind, patient, and compassionate. I have made great progress and my shoulder is almost back to normal in just a few short weeks due to their great work. My grandma died tonight and they broke the news to my family by saying "you have four hours to find a funeral home." I want Southwest General to know you're not worthy of having housed her during her final moments. Absolute scum behavior. If you care for your loved ones, take them somewhere else.

I have been going here for a while now and just finished my PT program today. The whole staff has been great the entire time that I have been going here. I had been going here for two issues. I had Vertigo that Abby fixed almost immediately so thank you to her for that. It's nice not feeling dizzy and off balance anymore. A special shout out to my physical therapist, Rachel. This was my second knee replacement. About a year and a half ago I had my left knee replaced. On 3/17/25 I had my right knee done. I had a lot of pain with my left knee and swore I would not go through that again. My doctor encouraged me to go ahead and have the right knee done. He said it would improve my “quality” of life. Frankly I was scared. With the encouragement and empathy of my PT staff (attached business cards), I just completed my pt sessions. I believe this team made my experience much easier than my first.
